Terms of Sale

• When placing an order, you confirm that: (i) you intend to purchase a product; (ii) you are of legal age to form a binding contract, or if you are a minor, you have obtained consent from your guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use; and (iii) all information you provide is accurate, and you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All Sales Are Final

• Refunds/Returns: We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items sold on our website. Players who are banned or have lost access to Minecraft are not eligible for refunds as the item was applied in full at the time of purchase.
• Inspect Details: Ensure you are fully aware of the item details before making a purchase. We are not responsible for modifying or canceling orders if the item's details were not reviewed. Contact server staff for more information on products if needed.
• Single Account Purchases: Items will be applied to the account specified at the time of purchase. Items cannot be shared or transferred between accounts. Separate orders must be made for purchases intended for different accounts.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service. The service may be removed or canceled at any time without notice.
• You acknowledge that your use of the service is at your sole risk. Services and products are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Subscription Services

• Subscription services, such as "Valeoria+", are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel the service if it is no longer desired. We are not responsible for forgotten subscriptions. Failure to renew will result in immediate termination of perks/services. Staff cannot access items in player vaults unless you have an active subscription.
